A Monument to honor the Polish - Canadian community has been erected in Halifax on September 16, 2018.

The main monument stone transported from Poland sitting on a native rock from Nova Scotia.
The bronze commemorative plaque also came from Poland and the stainless steel eagle was made by the local Polish Canadians.
